850nm VS 940nm IR LED

850nm IR LEDs are commonly used in normal camera, most camera can sense the 850 wavelength. While 940nm IR LEDs is not commonly used in normal camera, but for expensive camera with special feature. Users need to check with the specification of the camera if it is sensitive to 940nm wavelength or support 940nm wavelength. And NEVER apply DC power supply directly to the LED.
